However IMAP suffers numerous flows making it inefficient and hill suited to modern software constraints. Those reasons led to the standardization of JMAP, IMAP 21st century replacement. This talk aims to cover JMAP technical detail, and its software landscape so that Debian email maintainers fall in love with the protocol.
